CCME – Customer Knowledge Database (CKD) User & Reference Guides

I created CCME's in-house customer relations tool, CKD, in April 2014 using SharePoint and feedback from a cross section of employees. The CKD was created within our existing intranet site to allow staff to better capture customer interactions, outcomes, and feedback.
I provided in person training in May 2014 to all staff within CCME. The CKD User and Reference Guides were created and written by myself so staff would have supplemental information to refer to after the initial training.
